An agp file for this superscaffold is available here. The superscaffold was produced by Hugh Robertson (University of Illinois). In addition to the Baylor scaffolds present in Baylor's A. mellifera assembly version 4, this superscaffold includes several unplaced Baylor scaffolds ("GroupUn's") and a few extensions to Baylor scaffolds from NCBI trace archives and other sources. Annotations of chromosome 11 (genes, etc.) will be placed on this site as they become available.
