The following gzipped fasta formatted files contain the genome assemblies with the identifiers used as primary identifiers in HGD JBrowse and HymenopteraMine. The file names indicate the source and version of the genome assembly. Filenames with "GCF" are from NCBI RefSeq, and those with "GCA" are from NCBI GenBank. Two of the species (Cardiocondyla obscurior and Lasioglossum albipes) are the original published genomes, not from NCBI.
